Real Word Asset (RWA) Manager

Location: London/Remote/Hybrid

Role Overview:

As an RWA Associate with a focus on real estate, you'll play a pivotal role in translating tangible real estate assets into the blockchain ecosystem. Your expertise will guide our clients through the intricate process of asset integration, ensuring transparency, security, and value preservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate real estate properties, assessing their value, and determining their suitability for blockchain integration.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in both the real estate and blockchain sectors.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough real estate market analysis.

• Work closely with clients, addressing queries and offering solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

• Minimum of 5 experience in real estate related fields.

• Experience as a property manager, with a proven track record of overseeing and managing real estate properties efficiently.

• Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus, but not required. However, a strong interest in blockchain and its applications in the real estate sector is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
